Peak Rate applies to all Public Holidays and NSW School Holidays. Linen and towels included. Group Discount of 5% when booking 3 cottages Check In: after 2:00PM Check Out: before 10:00AM 25% deposit required to secure a booking. Cheque, money order, cash, or Direct Deposit accepted. Balance payable on arrival Cancellation Policy: Off Peak Period Bookings: Deposits are fully refundable if more than 30 days notice (prior to arrival date) is given. Cancellation fee of 50% of deposit applies when less than  30 days notice (prior to arrival date) is given. Deposit is transferable to alternative dates. Peak period bookings 50% of Deposit is refundable if more than 30 days  notice (prior to arrival date) is given. Deposit is NON Refundable when less than 30 days notice (prior to arrival date) is given. Deposit is transferable to alternative dates – subject to availability
